I'm Johann and I love chocolate - I imagine you already guessed that with the name "Johann & La Chocolaterie" (Johann & The Chocolate Factory). I'm more than happy to welcome you here! And - yes! - my favorite childhood book was indeed written by Roald Dahl.

Frenchie settled down in Stockholm, I live for great food, wonderful friends and family and exciting experiences!

From my childhood in Brittany (north-west of France), I got a passion for homemade pastries (thanks to my mom and my grandma), an overflowing generosity and an unconditional love for salted butter. From my years in pastry school and my work experiences, I got a taste for premium quality ingredients, a rigor of work and a sweet creativity. From my Swedish life adventure, I got a sense of simplicity, a strong connection with nature and the curiosity to see how things are elsewhere.

I moved from France to Sweden in 2017 to discover this whole new country that I always dreamed of. With a strong will to make something that I can call my own, after two years working as a pastry chef in Stockholm, I created my very own business to help me fulfill my dream: sharing my passion for chocolate and French-inspired food!
